I had a surgery on my ulna nerve and carpel tunnel relief surgery at a same time 9 week's ago. since then my ring finger and pinky finger stayed completely numb.the dr tried to go back into my elbow ( ulna nerve) again and i still have the same result. numb fingers! i am upset because i have no dexterity and constantly knock things over. do i have a legal course of action?
