Hello Laura! Thank you for reaching out to us! Yes, our Technicians would transfer your VHS in its entirety. If you wanted to separate your events, we recommend purchasing a thumb drive so that you can edit your videos on your computer!

We use a variety of scanners and equipment for each order, to ensure the highest quality conversion for your photos, slides, and negatives so we cannot guarantee that our team will be able to keep your photos in a specific/chronological order. Our priority is to make sure your memories are transferred at the highest possible quality.
Thank you for reaching out to us! Yes, we are able to digitize analog media to digital so our team would not be able to process magazines. However, we would love to digitize your slides and put them on a Photo Cd for you! Each Legacybox is prepaid for a specific number of items, and we have four options to suit your needs. When you select the Legacybox you'd like to purchase, you'll also need to choose the output format you'd like to receive your digitized media in. You can choose from a thumb drive, a DVD/CD set, digital download, or a combination of those. Our DVds are in. VOB formats and our thumbdrives and download are in. MP4 format. Starter Box - 3 items for $72.00 Thumb Drive - $15.95 each DVD/CD Set - $10.00 each Digital Download - $39.00 Family Box - 10 items for $260.00 Thumb Drive - $29.95 each DVD/CD Set - $20.00 each Digital Download - $39.00 Closet Box - 20 items for $510.00 Thumb Drive - $49.95 each DVD/CD Set - $39.00 each Digital Download - $39.00 Trunk Box - 40 items for $1020. 00 Thumb Drive - $79.95 each DVD/CD Set - $79.00 each Digital Download - $39.00 Each box can hold a specific number of items. An "item" is considered to be either 1 tape, 1 film reel (regardless of size), or 25 photos. For example, the Family Box is prepaid for 10 items, which could be 5 tapes, 3 film reels, and 50 photos; that would be a combination of three formats that would total 10 items. Please note: each thumb drive or DVD/CD set you purchase will contain the digitized files for your entire Legacybox. You'd only need to order one of either unless you want additional copies.
