Do you use filters that help minimize the degradation of old videotapes? Mine are around 30 years old.
Do you get a refund if they can't convert your video for whatever reason?
If your videos cannot be converted for some reason, do you get a refund?
How do you deal with slides - I assume we have to have them in the correct order, etc.?
Can I edit out parts of the video after I received it back on the thumbdrive? There are sections I would like to delete on my VHS tapes.
But tapes with gaps and distorted. Will you clean this up? Can I get two copies of each tape
