Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from LawDepot staff and previous consumers.
You can access and create these documents at www.lawdepot.com. The documents are located under the Estate tab at the top of the webpage. When you click on a document, simply follow the question template at the top, answer the questions and click the Save and Continue button to advance through the question template. Select a license at the end of the document to suit your needs, the license allows you to print the document. Our customer support team can assist you at 1-855-231-8424, Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm ET.
You can sign into your account and hover on your email address at the top right hand side of the page. From the drop down menu, click on My Account. From the My Account page, click the Subscription tab. Click on the large cancel button. You will receive instant notification on the screen that your account is cancelled and we'll send you a confirmation email within moments. You can also call or chat with us at 1-855-231-8424, Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm ET. We can cancel the account for you.
A business purchase agreement is $26.99 for the Basic license option. This provides two week access to that document and you can create, edit and print as many business purchase agreements as you need. After two weeks, access automatically cancels. You can also select the one week free option which allows access to most of our documents for 7 days. Ensure you cancel within the 7 days so there are no charges. If the account is not cancelled within 7 days, it converts to the monthly billing until cancelled.To cancel, click on the Subscription tab in your account and then click on the Cancel button or call or chat with us to cancel during regular business hours.
