Basic: $7.50 - $35 per document, depending on the document. Provides full access to a single document for 14 days from the date of purchase. This option self expires after two weeks. Free 7 day Trial: Free access to all documents for one week. $33 per month thereafter. No commitment - cancel online at any time. Once you have an account, type Cancel in the search box and we will provide the link to cancel your account.

If you select the 7 day free trial option and cancel within 7 days, there is no charge for any documents prepared. You can print and edit documents if needed.

Good day Sue. A land contract is $18.95 and a real estate purchase agreement is $20.95. You'd have to look at both to determine which one suits your needs. You can also select the 7 day free trial and any documents prepared are free. You do need to cancel that option within 7 days or it converts to the $33.00 monthly subscription which you can cancel at any time.
