I'd imagine saks off or Nordstrom rack are similar, but I can't say if they are better. I don't like navigating racks site, Saks is more expensive and doesn't usually sit in my taste, so I've never ordered anything from either of them.

Do they usually ship in different packages?

Answer:

Sometimes, it depends on if the items in your order are coming from a store or their warehouse. If it's all from the warehouse it's all in one box. It will say when you order it whether it ships from a store.

Love the prices and designs. can i return if it doesn't fit correctly? do they offer even exchange if it doesn't fit right or do they not really give you store credit? i am worried about all of the bad reviews

Answer:

I've always just had my credit card refunded for items that I return. I've never been offered store credit just full refunds.
