Question:

To whom it may concern: i need to receive a reply to this email or i will file a claim against kpoptown and get a complete refund on the two orders i have placed within the last month. i am not a new online purchaser; i do know what to do if i am not happy with my purchase. my daughter has made three separate orders with kpoptown and has yet to receive a solution to our issue that was made with common sense. two out of these three purchases have arrived damaged and we pay way too much for the damaged product we are receiving. upon emailing your company the first time and waiting a week for a reply, i was offered a $2.00 store credit. i have a major problem with this because of several reasons, allow me to explain. one, she has spent a total of $100.00 with your company and shouldnt be continuously getting damaged products. this tells me the items arent being packaged well at all to prevent this from happening. especially with the amount of shipping she pays kpoptown, this shouldnt be an issue whatsoever. two, after spending $100.00 on products that you guys ensure will arrive in brand new condition, you have insulted us by offering a simple $2.00 store credit. after receiving the response email about your solution we have decided to never purchase from your company again, simply because what would a $2.00 store credit help if we continue to receive damaged goods. we definitely arent getting our monies worth. her latest order arrived today from kpoptown and it is damaged as well imagine that! so, now this would make the second order, but third item that is damaged. we need a solution, a better one than a $2.00 store credit. these are collector's items that my daughter treasures and it is obvious that kpoptown does not treasure their customers. i am demanding a replacement for all three damaged items or a partial refund. my daughters heart is broken because of your company and i refuse to allow her to be taken advantage of, along with myself. i will be waiting on a reply and if i dont receive an answer or a better solution by wednesday, august 3rd@ 9:00pm usa cst, i will take further action to ensure we are 100% satisfied. put yourself or your child in our shoes! we are speaking about two cd's slipcases and one poster! again you have a few days to respond before i file numerous claims and your account is left with chargebacks, which means i get 100% of my money back - your choice! i have included the previous emails for you, in case you dont have it on record, along with photos of damaged goods, all three! keri & kelsey leach 636 linwood avenue stonewall, la., 71078 usa 1 + (318) 470-3519 1. jpg 2. jpg 3. jpg 4. jpg 5. jpg 6. jpg 7. jpg a. jpg b. jpg c. jpg d. jpg krae636@aol.com the below is my original email to your company from: kelsey! <krae636@aol.com> date: july 25,2016 at 8:51:40 pm cdt to: support@kpoptown.com subject: damaged order (poster & cd) #382972 i ordered [normal] seventeen 1st album repackage - love&letter cd + poster - poster: unfolded poster on july 2,2016. after much anticipation, the cd finally arrived... damaged. the cd itself is fine but the hard slipcover has been damaged, even though it was covered in bubble wrap upon items arrival. shortly after a few days, i received the poster, which was today and it arrived in a very bad condition inside the tube, again the outside packaging was fine! it is very obvious that these two items have been shipped this way directly from you guys. this is highly upsetting because i expected this from any other company but you guys on top of spending $40.00 on these items. i had a choice as to what website to purchase all of my previous orders from and i chose kpoptown.com, now i am beginning to regret it. my k-pop items are my treasures that i take great care of, if the items comes in already damaged, it is of much lesser value to me and it is very upsetting. i am emailing you guys to find out what will be done to fix this issue with my damaged goods. i have included photos of both items that are clearly in bad condition. looking forward to hearing from you soon. kelsey leach 636 linwood avenue stonewall, la. 71078 usa 1-318-470-3519 the below is your company's reply on jul 28,2016, at 9:00 pm, kpoptown support <support@kpoptown.com> wrote: we are deeply deeply sorry for the trouble, we apologize. we would like to issue 2 usd voucher to you as compensation is this ok with you?
