Is Klarna a scam or a legit company?

Answer:
I will call it a scam. I was pressured by customer service to complete a purchase but the promised discount was not there. I was told it "probably" would show up after awhile - never an assurance. I was made to feel I was unreasonable because I wanted to guarantee what I was spending
