Hello, unfortunately if you have deleted photos from your Kizoa account then we are unable to retrieve them. For privacy reasons once someone elects to delete a photo or creation from their account we also remove them from our servers as is the wish of the user.

Humm, I wasn't aware of this, but I know that Utube gets a lot of their videos cut off due to copyrights...

Uploading music shouldn't take too long, if you're having problems I would recommend sending us your music in an attachement to an email to support@kizoa.com so we can try uploading it on our end and see if there is a bug.

To get your DVD to play continuously you'll need to activate the "loop" funcion on your DVD player or whatever the device is you're using to play your DVD. This can usually be found on the remote control of a DVD player.

Hi! You can actually download as many songs as you want on your Kizoa account. We did have a server issue on Sunday which may have been why it was taking so long. Try again today and if you're still unable to upload your music then send it to me as an attachement in an email to veronica.gomez@kizoa.com

Hi Richard, it sounds like the connection between your Facebook account and Kizoa account may have expired. All you have to do is log into your Kizoa account and go to the MY IMAGES tab. On the bottom right of the screen you'll see a blue "My account" button that you can click on to attach once more your Facebook account to your Kizoa account.

Hi Suzanne! Congrats on getting PRO =D You can make slideshows for as long as you want! There are no time limits to the slideshow duration. The only limit is if you include video clips inside of your slideshow then each of those clips can last 10 minutes each, but all together your slideshow can last as long as you want it to.
