Hi Steph, congrats on your big day! If you want to download the slideshow to your computer or burn it to DVD then you would need the Premium DVD or Premium PRO membership. You could always just connect your computer to a projector and play it from within your Kizoa account, however, you'll need to make sure that you have a good internet connection so you don't have any lagging issues. The 10 minute video clips refers to if you want to insert video clips inside of your slideshow, each video can last up to 10 minutes with the PRO membership, but you can add as many video clips as you want inside your slideshow.

Hi Kristi, you aren't limited in time with a free account, or in the quantity of slideshows, photos, and videos you make or use. You can share them freely online as much as you want. The only limitations would be if you use your own music in your slideshow, or if you want to include video clips in your slideshow that last longer than 2 minutes each. Keep in mind that you can include as many video clips in your slideshow as you want.

Hi Divya, you can rotate a photo by going to the MY IMAGES tab and double-clicking on the photo you want to rotate. A preview window will appear with two arrows at the bottom that you can use to rotate.

Hi Jan! We're actually already in the process of coming up with this type of feature that will filter the photos you've already included in your slideshow. It's not available yet, but will be soon ;)

Hi Carol, unfortunately we don't take prepaid visa cards. You can use a regular credit or debit card or Paypal to complete your online purchase. You can also do a bank transfer if you prefer.

Hi! If you want to make a video using your own videos on your computer then you'll need to upload your video onto your Kizoa account and then you can start editing it.

Hi David =) There are not limits to the amount of photos you can include in a slideshow, so your slideshow can last as long as you want. If you plan on burning it onto a DVD you just need to keep in mind your disc capacity and how long of a duration your DVD will allow you to have on it.

With any of our memberships, including the free version, you can include as many photos as you want, there are no limits to the total duration of your slideshow! On the other hand, if you are using video clips inside of your slideshow, then each of your video clips can last a total of 2 minutes, but you can include as many video clips as you want ;)
