I am trying to upload music for my slideshow, but it gets stuck. The bar is full and says it is uploading in progress. Occasionally it will abort. The file is mp3 format and < 20GB - not sure what the issue is.

Hi Karie, we had an issue with one of our servers yesterday which is likely why you were having troubles uploading music to your account. Give it a try again and let me know if it still isn't working. My email address is veronica.gomez@kizoa.com
