Unfortunately, you cannot adjust the fading of the music of one song to the other currently on the platform as it is automatic. We endeavor to add this feature in the future. You will only be able to place music on entire slides, and not on specific frames within a slide.

It sounds like your videos are likely being sent to your spam folder. Please e-mail us at support@kizoa.com so we can check the status of your video request.

With Kizoa you can order prints, posters, and photo gifts. Simply go into your Kizoa account and click on the 'prints and gifts' tab.

Could you please send us an e-mail at support@kizoa. Com with your movie title, describing the problem in detail.

Please check in your spam folder for the download link of your movie. If the problem persists, please contact us at support@kizoa.com

We've made a correction to this problem in our latest version of the Kizoa mobile app, make sure you update your app so you can save your slideshow without any problems ;)
