Hi Carrie, this past Sunday we had an issue with one of our servers which is why some photos and videos may be missing from your Kizoa account. We fixed this on Monday, and all missing images will return progressively over these next few days. So you don't have to worry about anything, your creations are safe and sound and will reappear soon!

The icon you're seeing is there to show you that your song ends there, if you don't want it to repeat then you can either remove any slides after that point, or add a second song.

Hi Josefina, the time it takes to download a slideshow depends on the length of your slideshow, we're actually planning on buying some more servers to have this speed up even more!

Hello =) If you want to save your videos to your computer you will need either a Premium DVD membership or a PRO membership. With a basic account you're able to share your creations online either via email, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, or embed onto a website or blog.

Hi again =) For now you'll have to use a music-editing program to cut a portion of a song out. You will then be able to upload your edited song onto Kizoa and use it in your creations.

Hi Heather, you won't be able to cut music, you'll only be able to to determine on which slide a song starts and ends on. If you want to edit a song and cut out a portion of it you'll need to do this on a music-editing program and then upload your edited music onto your Kizoa account.

You can send your creations by email for free, just make sure that you haven't used your own music in your creations and you can share online without any restrictions.

You can make a slideshow from free, and use any of the songs already available on Kizoa. With the basic membership you'll be able to share it online, such as by email, Facebook, Youtube, Twiter, or embed onto a website/blog. The option to download it to your computer or burn it onto a dvd is part of our Premium memberships.
