Hi Lara, It depends on which activity you are interested in! Check each individual listing for more information. Our suppliers use either a direct 'e-ticket' or a 'voucher' system. I got mine 3 days late, and I called multiple times everyday and never received and answer... I did however eventually get legitimate tickets, so it's not a scam. I would continue trying to contact them and just hope that they send you them soon.

Hi Daniela, As per our contract with the Zoological Society of San Diego, we issue vouchers for the San Diego Zoo: https://www.kijubi.com/prod/17250/San-Diego-Zoo-Discount-Tickets?aid=1125 Our product page notes, "Vouchers are sent INSTANTLY as an e-mail attachment and are NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased... Tickets are valid for one time general admission to San Diego Zoo and must be printed and presented at any San Diego Zoo ticket window..." Universal Studios tickets are e-mailed instantly, while Disneyland e-tickets are e-mailed in 24 hours of purchase.
