Do you send e-tickets for San Diego Zoo or a voucher to change for the ticket

Hi Daniela,
As per our contract with the Zoological Society of San Diego, we issue vouchers for the San Diego Zoo:

Our product page notes, "Vouchers are sent INSTANTLY as an e-mail attachment and are NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased... Tickets are valid for one time general admission to San Diego Zoo and must be printed and presented at any San Diego Zoo ticket window..." Upon exchange, photo ID must match the 'Guest/Traveler' name listed at check-out.
