More questions about Kiehl'sis there anyway I can get my money refunded. I would like to know why--as mentioned above--Kiehls.com tries so hard to market promotions to potential customers and then refuses to take our money. Do you have a blacklist? And if not, can you prove you don't? Because that's certainly what it feels like. The number of reviewers who have faced similar problems should really give whoever is in charge pause. why is it so difficult to place an order on the Kiehls website???
