is there anyway I can get my money refunded.

The website didn't just throw up constant errors while trying to check out, I was actually charged TWICE. It's been 3 days and no word re my £300!

I would like to know why--as mentioned above--Kiehls.com tries so hard to market promotions to potential customers and then refuses to take our money. Do you have a blacklist? And if not, can you prove you don't? Because that's certainly what it feels like. The number of reviewers who have faced similar problems should really give whoever is in charge pause.

Why is it so difficult to place an order on the Kiehls website?

I agreed, if you don't believe it, you can ask your friends for helping, using theirs payments name and address, go try it
