We are about to spend $4500.00 of our own money to pay for repairs on KB faulty structure. Insurance will not cover this. It is ridiculous!!!! Have other KB home owners had to do this???

We are having the same, trying to get warranty to fix things properly. Having to hire a structural engineer

Many owners paid to have repairs. Kb Home has a long shady past not honoring their warranties, even being fined by the FTC and found guilty by the FL attorney General. Where is your home located and what subdivision? You can email me at roxannemiller@aol.com Been dealing with them for 8 years now, they should be in jail.
