Its a legit company, but they build poor quality homes at expensive prices and band aid any warranty issues you have.

We are about to spend $4500.00 of our own money to pay for repairs on KB faulty structure. Insurance will not cover this. It is ridiculous!!!! Have other KB home owners had to do this???

Yep! KB has poor craftmanship. Really poor qualoty
