" It is very difficult to please everyone in the travel industry and unfortunately the very few people who are unhappy tend to be the most vocal." WOW, I can't believe this guy just blows off all these negative comments as a few disgruntled people. THIS is exactly what their customer service is like. They are the worst company ever and you really have to search thru these reviews to find a positive one. STAY AWAY. I leave positive reviews all the time when I have a great experience but I went out of my way to get onto this site to leave a review warning people of the bad experience I had. I never received a refund for the charges to get an aisle seat nor did I get an apology for booking our son on a different flight than my husband and I.
