The reason it is taking so long is because the company is based in China and is distributed throughout the U.S., in Colorado. You'd better like it because if you want to return it, they will make you pay sipping back to China and that will cost you as much or more than the merchandise itself. It is all a real sham.

I am so sorry, but you are unlikely to receive your merchandise. And if you do, chances are that it will be the wrong size, material or quality -- generally all three. Keep on them. I had a 20-email go-round with JFN's US customer service reps and got nowhere. I had ordered a pretty, simple blue linen maxi dress in US Size 10. When it arrived -- very, very late -- it was more like a US size 22! So big was it that a seamstress I use said it could not even be cut down or altered without simply remaking the dress at a cost of US$75. That's unacceptable for a US$29.95 dress. I will just have to donate it to charity. I am SO sorry about your shoes. Have you searched your emails for Just Fashion Now (or JustFashionNow)? That's how I found my order number. It takes about 3 weeks or longer to receive your order, if you're lucky. And don't be fooled by the pictures of thetems they post because whatever you order is definitely NOT going to look like that, not even remotely.
