Well i stopped getting emails from just fab that reminded me each month and when i went to log in it wouldnt let me in finally i got in but was to late they already charged my card and my card they charged was expired but they charged me anyways which i think is really not right other places send a email or letter informing that it going to expire but just fab didnt and just charged me how do i get this fixed and worked out

Hello! This is from the JustFab team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. We would like to let you know as a VIP member, we are sending you email reminders consistently, that's twice each month; one on the 1st to let you know about your new collection, and another on the 5th of the month for skipping reminder for you not to be billed for the month. You may also check your email preferences or set up an alarm on your mobile phone as well, so rest assured you will not be able to miss to skip the month. Once you are done skipping the month, try to refresh the page and see if the skip button is grayed out or unclickable. If it is, then that means you have successfully skipped the month.

When you first sign up, they give you ten dollars. when i got for check out and i want to charge it to the store. but it says that i need a credit card number. any answer will help please!

Hello! This is from the JustFab team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. As for now, for first-time purchases, our system only accepts regular credit or debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

That does look like a really good deal and i might even be interested in joining. i guess it depends on the shoe they send out and whether it fits or not. since everyone's taste is different they really need to be able to guess my style.

We usually release our new selections on the 1st of the month and we encourage our members to shop at the beginning of the month when the new styles are released to ensure availability. We also encourage our members to shop around that time and purchase item(s) that are more than 10 quantities to make sure that the item(s) will be shipped out.

It can be applied to any single item up to $80, a curated bundle, or a 2-for-1 Bundle (Any two items up to $39.95 each). However, it cannot be used on clearance or final sale items or any other promotions.
