However, if they don't fit right, you can take advantage of our hassle-free 60-day returns and exchange policy starting from the shipment date (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange them for the same style in a different size/color or you may also process a return for a store credit refund. You can process a return online and generate the pre-paid return label by visiting the order history and clicking "Return or Exchange".

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may or may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. The terms and conditions regarding the VIP credit of $49.95 can be found under the "How VIP membership works" section of the Terms of Service page. Each $49.95 VIP credit will be applied to your account and can only be redeemed toward any 2-piece outfit or individual item up to $80. Free shipping also applies. As a piece of additional information, we would like to let you know as a VIP member, we are sending you email reminders consistently, that's twice each month; one on the 1st to let you know about your new collection, and another is on the 5th of the month for skipping reminder for you not to be billed for the month. You may also check your email preferences or set up an alarm on your mobile phone, so rest assured you will not be able to miss to skip the month. Once you are done skipping the month, try to refresh the page and see if the skip button is grayed out or unclickable. If it is, then that means you have successfully skipped the month.
