I'm looking to skip the month for feb since i just bought a pair. can i not do this before the 5th?

If you don't want to get charged, please visit the site between the first and fifth of the month and click "Skip the Month" on the Account Info page which is located in the drop-down menu next to your shopping cart. You can also find the skipping button if you're on the mobile app, just go to the "My Account" page. We send email reminders on the 1st and 5th of each month, reminding you to skip. You may also set a phone reminder. Apart from skipping online, you can also contact us and we will be glad to skip for you.

It can be applied to any single item up to $80, a curated bundle, or a 2-for-1 Bundle (Any two items up to $39.95 each). It cannot be used on clearance or final sale items or any other promotions. If you don't want to get charged, please visit the site between the first and fifth of the month and click "Skip the Month" on the Account Info page which is located in the drop-down menu next to your shopping cart. Once your membership is canceled, it's guaranteed that there will be no future charges. However, it could happen when our members purchase after the cancelation or create another account. The $49.95 VIP credit can be applied to any single item up to $80, a curated bundle, or a 2-for-1 Bundle (Any two items up to $39.95 each). However, it cannot be used on clearance or final sale items or any other promotions.

Hello! This is from the JustFab team. We know that this question was raised over years ago, but we would like to address it. Most of the items are true to size. However, if they don't fit right, you can take advantage of our hassle-free 60-day returns and exchange policy starting from the shipment date (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange them for the same style in a different size/color or you may also process a return for a store credit refund. You can process a return online and generate the pre-paid return label by visiting the order history and clicking "Return or Exchange".

I am livid have been taking money from my credit card for 15 months without my knowledge have phoned twice too be told i would get a 10 month cash refund which i did not receive. back on phone today and now i am supposed to be getting 7 months back absolutely shocking robbery will now contact my back for fraudulent usage of my credit card please please avoid

I canceled my membership a while ago and just got an e-mail saying i have 4 gift cards. if i use these gift cards, will my membership be re-activated?

Hello! This is from the JustFab team. We know that this question was raised over years ago, but we would like to address it. You can still use a gift card although your membership was canceled. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may or may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You also have the option to checkout as a guest so you won't be signed up again.

How do you get a hold of them phone just goes to marketing sales no way to get to manager? i had 2 credits from last 2 months now ordered 2 shoes and charged me 89.00 wth

We strive to provide excellent service to our members, so it dismays us when we hear things like this. Our members' satisfaction is one of our utmost priorities and we will do our best to resolve whatever issue you may have encountered. The terms and conditions regarding the VIP credit of $49.95 can be found under the "How VIP membership works" section of the Terms of Service page. Each $49.95 VIP credit will be applied to your account and can only be redeemed toward any 2-piece outfit or individual item up to $80. Free shipping also applies. As a piece of additional information, we would like to let you know as a VIP member, we are sending you email reminders consistently, that's twice each month; one on the 1st to let you know about your new collection, and another is on the 5th of the month for skipping reminder for you not to be billed for the month. You may also check your email preferences or set up an alarm on your mobile phone, so rest assured you will not be able to miss to skip the month. Once you are done skipping the month, try to refresh the page and see if the skip button is grayed out or unclickable. If it is, then that means you have successfully skipped the month.
