Do i have to place an order efore they start charging my account or anything? i haven't ordered anything yet and now i don't plan on it but i'd like to know if i need to call now before anything happens even though i haven't entered any of my credit card information.

If you don't want to get charged, please visit the site between the first and fifth of the month and click "Skip the Month" on the Account Info page which is located in the drop-down menu next to your shopping cart. You can also find the skipping button if you're on the mobile app, just go to the "My Account" page. We send email reminders on the 1st and 5th of each month, reminding you to skip. You may also set a phone reminder. Apart from skipping online, you can also contact us and we will be glad to skip for you.
