If i have credit and want to cancel will i get my money back?

Hello! This is from the JustFab team. We know that this question was raised over years ago, but we would like to address it. The $49.95 VIP credit can be used for any single item up to $80, a curated bundle, or a 2-for-1 Bundle (Any two items up to $39.95 each). However, it cannot be used on clearance or final sale items or any other promotions.

Why do they keep taking the fee out of my account after it was canceled!

Once your membership is canceled, it's guaranteed that there will be no future charges. It only happens when members make a new purchase after the cancelation or create another account.

How do you skip the month

Answer:

Hello! This is from the JustFab team. We know that this question was raised over years ago, but we would like to address it. If you don't want to get charged, please visit the site between the first and fifth of the month and click "Skip the Month" on the Account Info page which is located in the drop-down menu next to your shopping cart. You can also find the skipping button if you're on the mobile app, just go to the "My Account" page. We send email reminders on the 1st and 5th of each month, reminding you to skip. You may also set a phone reminder. Apart from skipping online, you can also contact us and we will be glad to skip for you.

How can i skip a month if i dont have this button "skip a month". i have extra 5 days, to 10th but i dont have this button.

You can always find the skip-this-month button either on the main page of your account or on your Profile. Once you are done skipping the month, try to refresh the page and see if the skip button is grayed out or unclickable. If it is, then that means you have successfully skipped the month.
