I have forgotten to skip the month for 2 months now and have 2 vip credits... how do i use them?

Hello! This is from the JustFab team. We know that this question was raised over years ago, but we would like to address it. The $49.95 VIP credit can be applied to any single item up to $80, a curated bundle, or a 2-for-1 Bundle (Any two items up to $39.95 each). However, it cannot be used on clearance or final sale items or any other promotions.

Yes, they charged my card for the 39.95 fee, i got an email saying my items were sent out but i didn't order anything. i keep waiting to see the 39.95 credit on my account but i don't see it nor do i see anything in the mail

You can take advantage of our hassle-free 60-day returns and exchange policy starting from the shipment date (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size/color or you may also process a return for a store credit refund. You can process a return online and generate the pre-paid return label by visiting the order history and clicking "Return or Exchange".

Hello! This is from the JustFab team. We know that this question was raised over years ago, but we would like to address it. During the initial purchase, customers were given two options, either to check out as a VIP member or a Guest. If you choose the VIP option, you'll receive your order at a discounted price and be enrolled in our VIP membership. If you choose the guest checkout, you will pay the full retail price. If you checkout as a VIP, there will be a 49.95 credit unless they skip between the first and fifth of the month. It can be applied to any single item up to $80, a curated bundle, or a 2-for-1 Bundle (Any two items up to $39.95 each). It cannot be used on clearance or final sale items or any other promotions.

Orders are processed at the warehouse within 0–2 business days, and once shipped, will be delivered to your address within 6-14 business days.
