We would like to let you know as a VIP member, we are sending you email reminders consistently, that's twice each month; one on the 1st to let you know about your new collection, and another on the 5th of the month for skipping reminder for you not to be billed for the month. You may also check your email preferences or set up an alarm on your mobile phone as well, so rest assured you will not be able to miss to skip the month. Once you are done skipping the month, try to refresh the page and see if the skip button is grayed out or unclickable. If it is, then that means you have successfully skipped the month. Also, the terms and conditions regarding the member credit of $49.95 can be found under the "How VIP membership works" section of the Terms of Service page. Each $49.95 member credit will be applied to your account and can only be redeemed toward any 2-piece outfit or individual item up to $100. Free shipping also applies.
