Just fab has taken money I can't cancel my account due to no right number for them can someone give me the number

They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it.

I had to cancel it with my bank - they had to cancel my card. I would do it that way rather than trusting the company themselves to do it. Alot of hassle but worth it as banks are definitely more truse worthy!

Easiest way is to go to your bank and get a new ATM card with different acct#, calll your credit card company and dispute and cancel any further payment, in PayPal remove them from your authorization list or remove the Card they are using to charge you or even the linked bank acct. just fan will not help you and are just ripping people off.

OHMYGOSH. I cancelled my account and changed my credit card. They somehow gpt my new credit card number and when I asked them how they got the number they woundlt answer me.

The company don't care they won't cancel your account u will get the same person using different names everytime u call them . Just call your bank and ask that they don't let justfab take anymore money as you haven't authorised it .

Now it's an option on the my account page, under the my profile at the bottom of the page above the Facebook connect, or the number I used was 1-866-337-0906. I hope this helps and I'm sorry you also fell into the trap as well.

This is the number I called to cancel my account. They didn't give me a problem canceling the account. And ask for their "one time refund" which is crap anyway cause they gave me refunds for BOTH of the charges that shouldn't have come out. Incase you didn't read my review they charged my card twice and it had expired over three years ago. Got my refunds within five days. Good luck! Cause it sounds like many people have had problems with their refunds and such. My experience wasn't problematic after contacting them.

Don't bother contacting them directly because they won't allow you to cancel. Contact your bank and ask them to stop any payments going to Just Fab.

Had such a bad experience with them. They did not want to return the money that they took from me for over 5 months. I've gotten so upset that I told them that I will file a fraud if they won't. That's when they return the money after a week or so. I have asked to speak to the supervisor and they had given me a run a round. At times, the phone call would just get disconnected too... like purposely... and yes! I had to call several times too.. you can't cancel thru the website which is ridiculous... you would have to call them which I see numbers has been provided for you here... horrible horrible experience... that's all I can say...

Try either of these numbers 02038241001 or 08435043773 or get your card changed you set account with. Thats what i did in the end as the women tried telling me i couldnt cancel it.

I purchased something, didn't like it, called them the next day, phone answered right away, got a return postage label sent to me while I was on the phone with a tracking number, sent off and was refunded almost as soon as they received the shoes back.

My daughter was under 18 and used my card to purchase something than the monthly fees for a year. I got it all refunded, but they try very hard to talk you out of it. As soon as the refund came through on my card I called back and cancelled the account. It takes a lot of time, you have to talk to multiple people and it still costs you a month or two, but at least it has stopped charging each month. I

Don't bother. Just contact your bank immediately advising them of unauthorised payments from Just Fab. They will block any further money from being taken from your account plus refund all money that they have ever taken

They dont have a number. They dont do refunds no matter what. I have run around circles for hours and they will keep giving you the run around.

Rachelle gave you the right number, I just wanted to emphasize the importance to be persistent and patient.
I placed bad reviews all over the Internet, even on my instagram, after the Instagram post a justfab representative saw the post and contacted me. Just then my money was refunded.

I started at better business bureau and started a claim against the company. The BBB advised me to try and settle first and if I had no luck, they would take over. I called customer service and told them I had a claim started with the BBB. I wanted all my info removed from the site and all my money refunded. They told me they could only give store credit. I refused and told them the BB would take it from here. They then put me through to a manager finally and after 5 months of back and fourth I was refunded my $1,800.00. It takes time and patience but it paid off. Just call and keep answering the questions incorrectly and you will get a live person. Start with the BBB first. I think they checked to see if I had a pending claim.

Even if you get to speak to them they just cut you off. The only way to cancel is to ring your bank and get them to cancel the direct payment agreement so they can''t take anymore money from your card.

After giving them a call, threaten them about suing. That's what I did. They haven't taken any money since then. Lol
