I have had reoccurring instances where just fab has charged my account twice for the same order. When I call them they say that they only have one transaction and to check with bank. But there is money missing from my account that went to their company. How do I get my money back?

Hello! This is from the JustFab team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. The duplicate charge on your bank account was only a pre-authorization to check if your card was valid and it will drop off after 24-48 business hours or up to 5-7 business days. You may also contact your bank regarding this.

Our system only collects a single charge once an order ships out.

Your bank should be able to get your money back

Send a copy of your bank charges highlighting the 2 identical charges to just Fab. Let them know you will take legal action if money is not returned.

Call the baklnk and report fraud, they will look into and they will get u the help u need...

If you paid through PayPal you can reclaim via them as a duplicate payment

Tell your bank that this is a fraudulent charge
