No, it says you can. But it wants you to make an account so they can charge you $39.95USD every month even if you cancel or skip the month.

It's a possibility however they charge you regular price for the shoes for example I bought a pair of shoes from them for 26 dollars I didn't really want the VIP membership but the shoes would've cost me 50 something dollars I didn't have that kind of money so I had to join their membership and after reading some reviews about them scamming people and taking money out of people's bank accounts I'm starting to really regret it
