They should try to verify goods from sellers first before uploading on their website
Takes time to return a product back to the customer if the customer is unsatisfied. They should work on attending quickly to such complaint
Like I specified in my review, Jumia needs to have a chatbot and upload videos of every product alongside the price, so that buyers can actually see what they are purchasing.
Mmmmmm... sometimes they delay in their delivery but that not an issue because no one is perfect.
I suggest they be time and customer conscious, to avoid such short comings.
They need to have training centers across the country not just in Lagos only.
