Within 30-days of purchase you can return the item for an exchange or return if you're unhappy, and beyond that we can offer repair services to replace any missing stones! We also offer Jewel Safe on the majority of our items at the time of purchase that extend the warranty on an item to a full 2 years after purchase, it will cover any damage or loss of stones!
