Just to get things right you paid via Paypal? And if so what form of payment did you process through Paypal, existing Paypal balance, bank trasfer or credit card? Also which country are you located in you say it cost $500 but could mean you are in Australia, Canada, U. S or even say in the UK but paid in $'s, I'm not saying I can help but maybe can offer some advice once I hear back from you. I always try and use a credit card through Paypal myself as if paypal can't help then I can do charge back rights with my credit card issuer.
