Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Joss & Main staff and previous consumers.
Goods shipped into Canada are ALWAYS subject to duty and customs clearing charges, in addition to provincial sales tax in the Province it is delivered to, and often an additional delivery charge by FED EX and or UPS is charged as well, not to mention the additional exchange rate since the Canadian dollar is not good against the US dollars. Its NEVER a good deal to buy from a US company and then have it shipped to Canada. Costs are considerably higher for the end product when all the customs, tax and other fees are added on. For example, if you buy something for $100 US, by the time it reaches a Canadian destination, it mostly likely double at least if not more, making it cheaper to buy in Canada. Keep in mind as well, that there is generally even a long waiting time from the time you pay for an order and actually receive it via Joss and Main.
