I am sorry I cannot help you here. On 1 order the package got delivered to the wrong address but was evtl. Returned to Joss & Main by wrong receptient, but I do not know how. The other order was a kitchen hanging lamp (for a sloped ceiling) where we could not get a screw loose in order to hang it correctly. Joss & Main declared it defective and wanted us to keep it. A new replacement was sent out the next day. We were then able to install the new lamp without a problem. Our daughter has a straight ceiling and was able to install the "defective" lamp.
