I have ordered a dress for my wedding next friday it was placed as rush order and the total cost was £208.86, i cannot trace the order on the online account and now no-one will reply to my email enquiries, i would like a full refund immediately, this is appalling customer service, i will be forced to take this further with consumer rights and will be taking legal action, please get in touch!

Answer:

Hello, I would also like to take legal action against this company, they truly are shocking. I had to order my bridesmaids dresses again after they refused me a refund. I spent £480 with them and the dresses were SHOCKING.
