I am trying to get a refund for a dress the wrong colour, wrong material and too small... ihave already emailed everyday for almost two weeks and still got no where... has anyone ever got a refund?

Well I don't seem to be getting anywhere with this company either! They seem to be able to refuse returns on the grounds that their dresses are made to order! What a rip off!

Is anyone from the united states? i was just wondering if by any chance any of you who are from here could give me an estimated amount of time it took for the dress to arrive or exactly how long it was before you ordered the dress that you set event arrival date and if the dress came on time. i am currently in a lot of stress because my dress has not arrived yet and i only have a couple more days until the event arrived. Same here! I ordered my dress about a month ago, prom is in two days and I still haven't gotten it. And when my mom and I asked them when it would get here they just told us to be patient and that it was shipping soon. That was last week.

It is impossible to get a refund from this company, after numerous emails going back and forth (from China) they would not address the issue. I was forced to go through Barclaycard and had to forward all my correspondence with the company to show I had done everything I could to get a refund. Barclaycard refunded me after 3 weeks. Great service Barclaycard

Hi, i need to order a dress for prom and i found a lovely one on joannesdress website, is it genuine as i've seen a few people happy with their dress and a few unhappy. if anyone could let me know that'd be great. if anyone has any suggestions on where i can get a prom dress around kent area please let me know, thankyou.

Don't be tempted to order from this company. If you are unhappy with anything, they will not accept returns, as the dresses are made to order.

I ordered 3 dresses same style but different colours. none of them was the colour of the samples. i have contacted them several times bot return them but they will not reply to me and the 5 days return policy will expire soon.
