I am trying to get a refund for a dress the wrong colour, wrong material and too small... ihave already emailed everyday for almost two weeks and still got no where... has anyone ever got a refund?

Answer:
Well I don't seem to be getting anywhere with this company either! They seem to be able to refuse returns on the grounds that their dresses are made to order! What a rip off!

I ordered 3 dresses same style but different colours. None of them was the colour of the samples. I have contacted them several times bot return them but they will not reply to me and the 5 days return policy will expire soon.

I;m looking to order two dresses,but looking at your review ,its seems that the sizes are different and customer services, plus refunds are abysmol. Which doesn't give me the confidence in using the site

Answer:
It is impossible to get a refund from this company, after numerous emails going back and forth (from China) they would not address the issue. I was forced to go through Barclaycard and had to forward all my correspondence with the company to show I had done everything I could to get a refund. Barclaycard refunded me after 3 weeks. Great service Barclaycard

Is anyone from the United States? I was just wondering if by any chance any of you who are from here could give me an estimated amount of time it took for the dress to arrive or exactly how long it was before you ordered the dress that you set event arrival date and if the dress came on time. I am currently in a lot of stress because my dress has not arrived yet and I only have a couple more days until the event arrived.

Same here! I ordered my dress about a month ago, prom is in two days and I still haven't gotten it. And when my mom and I asked them when it would get here they just told us to be patient and that it was shipping soon. That was last week.

Question:

I ordered 4 dresses then asked to not make until i confirmed the pink i wanted. Been back and forth with regards to the colour and still not happy as the swatches do not match the actual dress online and vise versa. The dress fabric has not been cut, made or shipped yet they wont give me a full refund as it is passed 24 hours! It took that time to even get a response! Trying to get my bank and consumer rights involved... help :(

Answer:
Don't be tempted to order from this company. If you are unhappy with anything, they will not accept returns, as the dresses are made to order.
