what is the return policy?

I was told they would do a full refund and many weeks later no refund!

Good luck. If you receive a faulty item the chat people tell you that you must wait for an email from support that could take 12hrs. After 30hrs and a lot of lies from chat I searched the web to find out this is normal for them
