I bought a dress from them. It came in about two weeks and the quality seemed good but the up part of the dress was way too big. When I contacted them they offerd me 15% refund (27€) or 25% discount from my next purchase. I wrote an review on this site yesterday and today they contacted me and offered 80€ for tailoring costs. I'm currently looking into it. I'd say the site is reliable at some points and tour lucky if you don't need contact them about any problems. If you have to, remember this site since they regularly follow the reviews here and the customer service gets better after writing here.
Yes - the garment arrived in about a week. It was well comstructed, although the fabric seemed cheap. The only troubling issue was the return policy - it is horrible. The garment was way too small and they insist I take a picture of it before they will help me. They only answer one question per day, and I have to wait until the next day to get any kind of response
