I am thinking about ordering a mother of the bride dress but after reading reviews it appears that size can be an issue with your company and then you charge to send it back if it doesnt fit according to the size ordered. Is this normal considering if it were your mistake?

Hi Colleen,

Thank you for your inquiry. Please be assured that if it is our mistake, surely we'll take the responsibility. When you place the order, we highly suggest you refer to our measuring guide first and choose custom size. Then the dress will fit you well.

We also have many customers who are satisfied with our dresses. You may check the photo gallery on our website: http://www.jjshouse.com/style-gallery/.

Please feel free to contact our customer service team if you need further assistance.

Kind Regards,

Mother of the bride is a very important occasion. I have married off 4 daughters. Go shopping. Try things on. Find what you feel wonderful in. The custom fitted dress that I received is a disaster. I will not wear it to my grandson's wedding. M I found a wonderful dress, for less money,@ Macy's.

I have heard the quality was good. So i tried. I must have been the unlucky one because it was horrible and returns are a joke. I would stick with Light in the box. Much better. Lightinthebox.com Funnily enough. It looks as if jjshouse copy this site. You will be much happier with lightinthebox
