I have ordered a dress for my son's wedding 11/09 and after reading the reviews I want to cancel because I don't think they will get the dress to me in time. I can't figure out how to contact customer service and didn't realize they are in China or I would never have ordered from them. 10/22/10

Hello, my dress was NOT custom made, but I did have it within 2 weeks of ordering it. I will be purchasing another dress from them within the next few weeks. As of yet, I have zero complaints about JJ House.

I have ordered two dresses from JJ's house just recently. They were both custom and arrived in two weeks. The dresses are so well made! You can't get a better dress anywhere except a designers workshop! I have three more dresses to order and I will not hesitate to do it again. Duties and taxes are about $54.75 Canadian.

My dress was not custom make. My dress didn't arrive when they said it would. However, I did receive several notices that the dress would be delivered on another day, but then I still received it a day after it was already late. Since it was during the holiday, it could have had an effect on my delivery date. Prior to purchasing, it is important to read their delivery time. If your garment is custom made, it may take longer. My dress was not a custom fit and it was not a U.S. size 12, it was more like a U.S. size 7/8. When purchasing dresses for special occasions, I thinks it better to use local boutiques or well know chains. Good luck

I received my dress within a couple of days from when they said it would ship. This was about three weeks from the order date, but they did say up front that production would take a few weeks since the dress I ordered is made to order. Not sure if this is true of all of the dresses they sell. Very happy with my purchase and also with their customer service which I had to email a couple of times with questions. Good luck!
