No they are not reliable. I have in writing them promising me a date that my dress would be delivered by. Long story short it was NEVER delivered along with the other items I ordered. I paid them over $500 which I never got back despite them saying they would refund. They even went so far to give me a fraudulent bank transaction number. Went to the bank in two separate occasions and was told the transaction didn't exist. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY NEVER BUY FROM JJS HOUSE!
