I signed up and paid 18 which i thought was for a year but then i created one video and had to pay 1.50. what was the 18 for? please also confirm this is not on auto renewal. also, why can't i preview the video content before putting faces in. i want to make sure appropriate for office setting. best regards, cheryl

Answer:

Cheryl, it sounds like a bum app download. Try uninstalling the app, then re install it, and log in again. If that doesn't work contact customer support. If they can't fix it, ask for a refund. They were great with solving my issue.
