This app went from wonderful to totally non-functional. i'm now paying, but receiving nothing in return. went from problem of not posting videos that were made, to ceasing to make videos altogether! screen remains blank when prompts to cast characters. i've notified jib jab several times & received no response... no help. you're taking my money, but providing nothing in return.

I cant figure out how to change the mouth movements and when logged in on fb it doesnt show all my pictures that i can choose from

Hi Kathy! We unfortunately don't offer a way to modify a 'head cut' or the jaw cut applied to it. In this case we'd recommend you upload it again with the cut you'd like.

I purchased a download from you of my grand kids. but facebook won't let me upload it. it's considered your property?

Answer:

Hi Delores! We run into this issue sometimes. We do license the videos for ourselves but Facebook doesn't always respect that. Typically if you choose to dispute it with Facebook they'll allow it to be posted. Sorry for the difficulty!

Are the fine tuning dots coming back? please bring back the face fine tuning feature.

Hi Scot We've removed the shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can now easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards.

How do i send a card to my recipient via mobile phone

Answer:
