Answer:

This Chinese-based company doesn't do free exchanges. For what it will cost you to ship it back (at your expense) and what they'll charge you to ship a replacement (at your expense) you can easily find a local jeweler to do a custom sizing. Then be sure to tell all your friends to never trust the Chinese.

Kinda hard to sue the Chinese, though maybe enough complaints can hurt their partners-in-crime located in California.

Answer:

They don't sell diamonds. It's all CZ or White Topaz, listed on their items. The quality is $#*! awful, made in China. If you're looking for cheap CZ, try K-Mart. It's better quality, and they'll at least honor the return policy.
