I have been strung along by customer 'service' for over two months. Does anyone have direct phone &/or e-mail contacts for the executives, T.M. West, J. Risch or G. Robertson?

Is this site legit and selling real parts or are they just used goods?
Why does their customer service take so long and why do they show no care or concern for their customers? Why do you take days to process an order when other companies can process them in minutes. Why do you say 8-9 days to ship and actually take 14?
Why do you sell parts called Replacement Brand when in fact there is no such brand? All of you sister sites from U.S. Auto Parts Network are pulling the same fraud. All it appears is that your companies are pulling a clever trick of redirecting search quarry's to your sites knowing consumer will search for say, a replacement fog light for 1998 Buick, and the word replacement sends the consumer straight to one of your sites. That is fraud
