Q: i have a dress ordered, custom. izi sent an email with pictures that the lace did not dye right and if this pic was ok they would send right away, and if not to allow ten more days to do it over and that i would receive it in 13-15 days. after reading these reviews, which i wish i had seen before i ordered, i am honestly very nervous. this is for my sons wedding, i think i shall call my credit card company and dispute this and cancel my order befor it is sent.

Answer:

Yes cancel this order and call your credit card company. No matter what they do this dress will be nothing like what you ordered. Nordsroms and Lord and Taylor have some beautiful dresses on line and the best customer service. Good Luck. This company is a nightmare... do not order from them.
