I can't contact iYogi because it is blocked as a dangerous website and my subscription doesn't run out till 2019.

What is going on with iYogi? I've been attempting to contact the chat site, Live Help and a warm body via numerous phone numbers on record. I'm told the telephone numbers are "No longer allocated - i. E. disconnected/no longer in use? I've used your services for years but, based on the difficulty in reaching you for the past several months, I want a refund of funds paid to my account. Once the refund is obtained I will no longer be using your services.
Ive been promised multiple times a call back to resolve my issue but never get a call back. One day I stayed home on a Saturday from 2:00-4:00 waiting for a call from the escalation team and never received that call. Just two weeks ago I was promised another call back because your computers was down at the time when I called in, and never receive a call back then either. I tried calling over the weekend just this past weekend and I just then discovered that youre not even open on the weekends. So, I dont know how I was supposed to receive a call on a Saturday if youre closed. I have been on the phone over two hours multiple times in the past trying to resolve my issue with an iYogi specialist and its never gotten resolved. Now my service has expired with no resolution from iYogi. Therefore, Im demanding a refund. I just called customer service for the refund but no one answers the phone. All youre given is the option to go to iYogi.com/feedback and once again promised that someone with get back to me. Yeah right! I dont foresee this happening either. I feel like I have no other choice but to file a lawsuit against a fraudulent company that has costed me more time than I have to spare. Its a good thing I have witnesses.

IYogi Press Conference by WashingtonAGO https://youtu.be/9Uo1Ku2oKzY iYogi based in New York and stationed others in India and other locations mentioned in this informative video that the US is suing iYogi for over billions of dollars scammed from trusting US victims to fraud tech support provided by iYogi. Basically they are not being shut down but sued over fraudulent use of Microsoft products used as scare ware to bully their customers into giving more money and accessing private financial accounts against the customer's knowledge.
