Our records show that your order was shipped on 12/5. Since according to USPS tracking information, there was not an updated scan since the package left our building, we opened a case with USPS regarding this issue. We also had a replacement shipment sent out. According to the USPS tracking, it shows the second shipment was delivered 12/22. Even though it was marked as delivered by USPS, we did issue you a full refund when you requested it.

We realize there is a large demand for our products and are doing our best to keep up. Our business was started less than two years ago and we have already donated $1,081,899 to savetheelephants.org and other CHARITABLE CAUSES, and we think that is awesome! We do realize though that there are improvements that can be made, and we will be working on those things for the future.



What other Charitable causes is IVORY ELLA donating to that is not outlined in their website. I would like to know.

All of the charitable causes we donate towards is outlined on the About Us page of our website. We have also made clothing donations to foundations including Johnny Cake, Boston Children's Hospital, Hasbro Children's Hospital, the Native American Heritage Foundation, the Lorubae Primary School in Samburu, Kenya, the Ashley Elementary School in Denver, CO and many others. We hope to expand our charitable giving donations to even more places in the future.
