Unable to place order via 'add to cart' quite frustrating after measuring etc.

Good morning ill order a suits but not sure about the "euro slim fit or not" should i take some "security" in my measurement?

I emailed itailor about a shirt that was not correct and have not heard back after a week. is there a phone number to reach them?
