I think its worth the money, you get 5 beauty products & a bag for $10 a month, some may not be what you'd prefer to get but if your open to trying new things ipsy is for you. I've heard good and bad reviews about ipsy, birchbox, glossybox, everything possible. But thats going to happen. It's all about what your willing to try I guess. In my opinion. Not worth it because they send products that are the furthest from your beauty profile and you won't be able to use what's in the bag. Big waste of $10 every month IMO. They do not take returns on subscription items, even though they do not fit into your beauty profile.

Technically the produces are worth the ten dollars most of the time, however they have horrible customer service, it's a pain in the butt to cancel and try actually subscribing, unless you enjoy spamming people you will be wait listed for at least a couple of months. So talking price it's a great deal. Speaking everything else it's a horrible deal. Just depends on you tolerance for horrible customer service.
